Dear Listeners,
it's time to collect everything we worked for for the past years and it is scary. Changes are on the way and I can't stop feeling that mixed of excitement and anxiety but let's sit down and talk about it.

Dear listeners,
here we are again, another messy episode just for you. This week I share with you how after three days of total panic I finally made peace with the fact that I can control only what I can and that be present is the best way to move forward.
Cheesy, I know, but I guess life is easier than we think.
Hopefully this will help some of you if right now you feel stuck or anxious about what's yet to come.
Love,
Vanessa

Dear listeners,
I will never get tired of talking about boundaries, they are important and we should always look out for them. But what do we do if the people around us refuse to respect them. In this week episode I give you my intake and prospective base on a few little things that have happened to me lately. I hope you'll enjoy it.
Love,
Vanessa

Let's say we did the work and we spent the past 4 years ( as I did ) in therapy fixing what was broken and now we are ready to mingle again into the pool of dating. We are ready and prepared but somehow they're a little voice inside our head and an instinct created for preservation that doesn't give us the freedom to trust anyone. Well come along for the journey because I might have a solution. Just so you know, you might not like it.
Love,
Vanessa

What a week we had ladies, and what a life, always trying to fix what it's broken. But sometimes it's just more than ok to have a bad day. It's awesome to be able to take care of yourself and to do all the good things, such as journaling, eat healthy, exercise and everything in between but sometimes we can just have a shitty day be lazy and eat a burger.

This week is sassy, because someway or another it is always hard to be a woman but those double standards are really a pain in the a**. Here's my question: why do we always feel the need to be perfect?
Hope you enjoy it. Sorry for the messy thoughts, I was PMSy.

Hello my beautiful girls and welcome back to 30 as fuck. Let's start this season grounding ourself a little and dreaming bigger than ever. As always when I start something new I like to give a quick look to the past to see how far I come for then start to build my future. We always think that the only way we evolve or we become an accomplish person is if something big happens to us but I truly believe in the power of small things. Every little step will bring you where you have to go so remember to not take it for granted.
I hope you will enjoy this episode and this new season.
Love you all

In this season final episode, I talk about what it means to want kids without rushing into it just because society says it’s “time.” I'll go through all the possible reasons why women will say "no" to having kids or "maybe later" or "I don't know yet". I will share with you my experience as a 31 year old woman with a high mother instinct but not good reasons to have a kid right now.
Giving it all my thoughts, it’s not a rejection of motherhood—it’s about protecting it. Because when I do it, I want to do it with stability, support, and sanity
Thank you so much for all the support for the wonderful season and see you in September. Miss you already.

This week I sat down with Eda Di Vito to talk about starting over—and how our 30s are actually the perfect time to reset.
We talk rock bottoms, reinventions, and that moment when you realize:
“I’m not lost. I’m just done pretending.”
It's not about regretting the past but learning from it and move on.
