In this episode, I am joined by Miles Pattison-Appleton of Appleton Asset Management. Miles together with his family have developed over 30+ HMO properties over the past years and have now also built a property management agency.

Miles is going to talk about how he started investing in HMOs at an early stage when he was still studying at Oxford Brookes University. He’s also going to share some tips on how he learned the ins and outs of the industry before really diving into HMO management agency and HMO property development.
