Our society introduces diet culture at such a young age, and we are no exception. Let’s look back on our journeys with dieting over the years. Kyndra recalls her experience on a low carb diet at about twelve years old, then finding success when joining Weight Watchers in high school. She talks about how she has made the new WW plan work for her. Ashley has also been body conscious from a young age and shares her struggles over the years. She had found short-term success in the KETO diet but has realized it’s not a great long-term fit for her.
