Rachel uses her passion for nutrition and wellness to inspire others to find a new sense of comfortability in their bodies. Through her recently founded private practice, @everglownutrition , Rachel helps women build a positive relationship with their bodies, food and everything that comes along with that. Her method encourages intuitive eating while considering a standard set of principles she’s learned from her past experiences at Indiana University, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and Marquee Health. Rachel also introduces resources such as ANTI-DIET, by Christy Harrison, as a way to learn more about the definition of a diet and diet culture. The kind of positive relationship that Rachel is promoting isn’t easy to navigate, but her achievable method has helped many form an enjoyable lifestyle! Former gymnast, organization enthusiast, and accomplished business-woman, Allison walks us through her story full of success from her adolescent years to the present. She shares stories from growing up as a “Maine-iac” and the opportunities that came from her relationship with coach & mentor, Sheila Walker. She navigates us through her timeline of working nine Olympic Games and serving as the President for the 2012 Super Bowl Host Committee in Indianapolis.
