Race Director Sarah Nielsen of South Suburban Parks and Recreation shares the 2018 Tryathlon.

The season kicks off this month with the Reverse Indoor Tryathlon January 28th. This is the perfect starting point to try a triathlon. Events will take place inside the Goodson Recreation Center on the running track, spinning bikes, and swimming pool.

This Spring, try two more Tryathlons on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at Goodson Recreation Center and Saturday, July 28, 2018 at the Cook Creek Pool.
