Janelle shares her personal journey navigating higher education as a multiply neurodivergent, disabled, Black woman, and explains the frameworks and strategies she uses to support disabled and neurodivergent BIPOC students. We discuss common barriers these students face, practical strategies to foster anti-ableism, and how to maintain personal well-being, and build healthy relationships while advocating for equity.
