Welcome Vinny Welsby to the Body Grievers Club podcast. Vinny is a fatphobia activist, educator, and diversity trainer. They dealt with many body image issues growing up, such as poverty and not having enough food, having a fat body and not feeling like they should eat because of it, living in a homeless shelter, and abuse from a much older boyfriend. Finny saw a message online that it was okay to be fat, and there was no turning back.
