In homebrew sometimes it might be best to make different beers and do a side by side tasting to see what the difference is. Today we are going to do a side by side of my Sorachi Ace White Wheat and Sorachi Ace 2-Row.

Sorachi Ace is a hop that I have been brewing with to find out what it can add to a homebrew. Small batches might be a good place to start when trying out new hops or grains. Today we will have the second tasting of my Sorachi Ace smash with Vienna malt.

Wheat beers can be hard to make. 100% wheat beers should only be made if you are using BIAB. You will can get a stuck sparge. I want to make a good wheat beer that I cant brew in the summer and have on tap for people that do not like big hoppy IPAs. Warrior is a hop that you would use for bittering. This small batch homebrew is using warrior upfront and centennial in the back. For the grain we are using Maris Otter. This will be the first tasting of this all grain biab small batch.
