Citra Amarillo are next 2 hops up in my 2 hop small batch series. Starting this series out we are going to use S04 yeast. This first homebrew is using Citra at 60 and 5 mins then Amarillo at 10 mins. We will follow kind of the same path as we did with Cascade and Centennial.
