When making homebrews sometimes you have leftover hops and grains. Most IPA or other recipes are not going to use all the grains or hops you have to but. In the homerbew video we are going to take some of my leftover grains and add some hops and see what we can make.

NE IPAs are going strong in the craft beer world. Citra and Galaxy hops are 2 hops that are used in a lot of beers. This year I picked up the Yakima Valley Hop box. Both hops used in this homebrew are from the first box. This homebrew is a NE IPA using Citra hops and Galaxy hops. For the yeast we will be using Omega 052.

Citra Amarillo are next 2 hops up in my 2 hop small batch series. Starting this series out we are going to use S04 yeast. This second homebrew is using Amarillo at 60 and 5 mins then Citra at 10 mins. We will follow kind of the same path as we did with Cascade and Centennial.
