As people, when we hit problems, whether in business or in life, we will reactively fall into one of three identities. The first is the victim, the second is the persecutor, and the third is the rescuer. None of these identities are bad, in fact some of each is healthy, but in order to be leaders, and in order to create success, you must learn to turn these identities into positives.
