Mallory Dobbs is living the dream. Despite getting a late start to motorcycling and ultimately motorcycle racing at the age of 22, Dobbs is most definitely making up for lost time. In 2023, Dobbs raced in both MotoAmerica Supersport and the Mission Super Hooligan National Championship. And the next thing you know, she's off racing in Europe in the new FIM Women's Circuit Racing World Championship. We caught up with the world traveler from her hotel room in Spain just a week after competing in the opening round of the 2025 FIM series so she could fill us in on all things Mallory Dobbs for this week's episode of Off Track With Carruthers And Bice
