The Portland Food Scene is in mourning, with news of the tragic passing of renowned Aviary chef Sarah Pliner. 

We asked our friend Gary Okazaki (Gary the Foodie) to share his thoughts on Sarah, having developed a unique relationship with Sarah during her time at Aviary.
