First off-- Thank you guys SO MUCH for the outpouring of support, letters, comments, emails....you guys seriously showed up for me, and it's more touching than you could ever realize. Okay, now to the good stuff! This is another episode recorded LIVE from Rehab. Suki Jones has been an amazing friend of the pod, and friend of mine. She's been awesome helping me through this relapse. She also, though, has been going through a lot herself. She just went through a huge breakup and we thought it would be good to talk about how to navigate huge things like this and not relapse.
