Narelle Mason and Matt Newlands are former frontline workers who now work as registered counsellors equipping frontline workers/first responders to face the unique mental health challenges of frontline work such as policing, military, paramedics and firefighters.

In 2022, they cofounded Frontline Mental Health to help frontline workers prepare for the psychological and emotional challenges that frontline work presents.
