Because here's what I've noticed after years of leading teams and coaching women through some of the hardest decisions of their careers: the gap between people who move through life with real confidence and people who stay stuck isn't intelligence. It isn't experience. It isn't even ability.

It's self-trust. And most of us have less of it than we think, not because we're broken, but because it gets eroded quietly, in ways that feel completely normal while they're happening.
