Second, work on your mindset so that you have more courage to speak up and to practice. 

Third, there are ways to practice and improve yourself. 

My fourth tip is to listen to English, whether it be a podcast or a TV show, pause it, and out loud give your opinion about it. It doesn’t matter whether that’s alone or with someone else, just speaking out loud and sharing your opinion or explaining something in your own words is what matters with this tip! 

The final tip is getting feedback from a native English speaker.
