It was all just an innocent little suspense story. I never imagined I would lose my wife and be sitting in prison.

I’m an author that specializes in thriller novels so of course I wanted to test out my new book idea on my wife. It all started after dinner, rain started to pour, the dishes were piling in the sink, but my wife and I were cuddling on the armchair. 

I asked her if she wanted to hear a quick story before bed. I could see her get absorbed into the story and cling onto every word… good… I could see the fear in her eyes when I was done talking. Her shoulders were shaking. She was scared of me. Maybe she had every reason to be.
