From simple accounts of lights flickering when passed by, to more profound electrical abnormalities, he ties them all in to possible UFO/UAP connections, and the broader paranormal field as a whole. Are these just psychosomatic hallucinations, real EMF interference by humans, or perhaps the other way around?
