The mission has been restoring dignity and hope to people in crisis since the Great Depression; and, under the leadership of Frank Baldwin, it has expanded its impact through a partnership with the city of Muncie, Indiana. Incredibly, since 2016, the Mission’s long-term addiction recovery program has experienced a 98% success rate; and it is now assisting with medical needs, counseling, and even transitional and permanent housing.
