Victor Avila was living his dream of being in federal law enforcement as a Special Agent for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). His work from drug trafficking to human smuggling led him to the most dangerous countries in the Americas. While assigned to the Mexico City ICE office, Victor and his new partner, Jaime Zapata, were tasked with transporting equipment from Monterrey back to the U.S. Embassy.
