Hi everyone, it’s Kanako. Today’s shadowing is offering assistance using “～ましょうか”.

When you see somebody having a hard time doing something such as carrying a heavy bag, you can offer help by saying “～ましょうか”.

Let me take a picture.　写真を とりましょうか。

Let me drive you to the station.　駅まで 送りましょうか。

Let me check.　チェックしましょうか。

Let me confirm.　確認しましょうか。

Shall I turn the TV off? 　テレビを 消しましょうか。

Shall I turn the light on?　電気を つけましょうか。

Shall I make a reservation?　予約しましょうか。

Shall I close the window?　まどを 閉めましょうか。

Shall I open the window? 　まどを 開けましょうか。
