R2-D2 and C-3PO visited Sesame Street in 1980, and now we're going to discuss all 5 TV segments with someone who was there: Craig Miller, Director of Fan Relations for Lucasfilm!

We are always excited to have our friend Craig Miller on the show. His years at Lucasfilm are well documented in his book, Star Wars Memories: My Time in the (Death Star) Trenches. Some of these stories include how he instigated Star Wars on Sesame Street as part of a mandate to keep Star Wars in the general zeitgeist between 1977 and 1980 (when Empire Strikes Back was released).
