Everyone is a passionate, proactive, team player that is goal driven, flexible, self-motivated multitasking independent individual with a strong work ethic. Equally, as a potential employee, how do you make yourself stand out from a pile of 2 page black and white PDF files or word docs of nothing but plain text?

Microsoft Word is now as old as the Return of the Jedi and the current recruitment process is looking dated or even broken. But, I recently came across a company here in Manchester, England that is using an AI interface that can be edited anywhere or any device using a simple online interactive editor to create a CV/resume that will make you stand out from the crowd.

InfoCV uses Artificial Intelligence to help improve content and layout of your existing CV and produce a digital interactive (mobile friendly) format with a personal URL. All data is securely hosted in the cloud. An easy to use online editor can be used on any connected device, means you can easily update additional information, your picture or company logos to visually enhance your basic CV.

Your own unique URL will enable you to share your new CV by e-mail, text and onto social media to enable you to help promote yourself. If you wish it to remain confidential and ensure only people you have approved can see your CV then tick the box in the control panel, and it can only be accessed with a private password.
