In this episode I wanted to share some insights on hope. But not in this bypassy, naïve way. More as presence, discernment & responsibility. I wanted to talk about breakdown, rupture & that uncomfortable place between collapse & creation. This is an invitiation to maybe listen closely to what this moment is asking of us. A conversation about staying awake, staying human, & some inspiration to stand in uncertainty without collapsing into despair or denial. 

Breakdowns can carry the seeds of something more honest. And this is just an honest holding of the moment we're in.
