Robert Stannard rides for pro tour team Mitchelton Scott and happened to grow up in the same town that Matt and Will did their PhD's. In fact, Rob is the son of Dr Steve Stannard who supervised Matt and Will throughout their studies and appeared on episode 25.

Rob is 23 y/o and making a name for himself on the world tour as one of the future stars. Listening to Rob speak about how he manages himself to perform at his best is inspirational. Rob leaves no stone unturned on his quest to be the best athlete he can be.
