Your Body Isn’t the Problem — It’s the Portal
What if the very thing you’ve been taught to distrust — your body — is actually the gateway back to intuition, wholeness, and truth?
In this episode, I’m joined by Vanessa Long, coach, author, and guide, for a deep and grounded conversation about why so many of us feel disconnected from ourselves — and how the path back isn’t through fixing or overriding the body, but through listening to it.
