We were inspired by The Suicide Squad to 3D print the Ratcatcher 2 Wand and light it up with an Adafruit Circuit Playground Express.

With Circuit Python you can quickly make changes and see your projects update in real time on just about any computer.

The parts are 3d printed using different colors of filament. The various pieces are joined together with some hardware screws.

Liz (BlizCityDIY) wanted a better way to type and send emojis, so she came up with a Circuit Python project that uses the NeoKey 1×4 QT and QT Py RP2040. The code is well documented and the guide features a code walkthrough. Since it’s CircuitPython, it’s super easy to adapt and customize to work with your hardware set up. Bonus, there’s a macOS and Windows version. Check it out!

In this tutorial we'll take a look at using the sweep feature to create snap fit enclosures. I walk through sketching out snap fit geometry and trouble shoot some oddities with using chain selections in a path. The kitty paw enclosure required some clearance to accommodate for the QT Py RP2040 micro-controller so each side has specific snap fits.
