Build a mini mac with HalloWing that displays boot screen actually plays startup chimes! It uses the Adafruit HalloWing M0 Express and runs Circuit Python. The capacitive touch pads cycling through images and sounds stored on device. Circuit Python makes it easy to display images on TFT displays. The HalloWing PCB snap fits onto the face plate without any screws. A mini speaker plugs into the audio port on the back. Press fit the speaker into the back door and close it shut with the built-in latch. You can power the HalloWing over USB or recharge a lipo battery to make it portable.

In this tutorial we'll take a look at applying Joints to PCBs in Fusion 360. The issue in this project is the PCB could not be repositioned in Fusion 360. The solution is to suppress the automatically created joint, capture position and apply a new joint.

Astrolite by Hasbro, introduced in 1969, was a building toy set made of clear tubes that snap fit together, allowing one to build cities or robots of light!

In this project we’re adding NeoPixels and motorizing the color wheel.

The Adafruit CRICKIT is great for this project, it can drive NeoPixels, servos and lots of other sensors and components for building robots.

The board and components fit inside the light box and secured with 3d printed parts.

All of the components stack on top of each other, making this an easy mod!

In this project we'll 3d print a bumper for the 11" iPad Pro (2018).

This bumper is 3D printed with flexible filament and will protect the edges and rear facing camera.

The design features a cutout for the USB-C port. Beveled buttons on the side allow easy press of the volume controls.

The frame is padded for protection and allows the tablet to be flush when placed on a flat surface. No more camera bump on the back!
