Who is Brian Pennie?

This concept was first introduced by psychologist Carol Dweck in her research on motivation and achievement.

Those with a fixed mindset tend to believe that their qualities and skills are inherent and unchangeable.

On the other hand, a growth mindset is the belief that our intelligence, talents, and abilities can be developed and improved through effort, perseverance, and learning.
