Dr. Gregg Allison is professor of Christian Theology at Southern Seminary. Prior to joining the faculty of Southern, Dr. Allison was a professor at Western Seminary, and prior to that He served with campus crusade for Christ for 18 years, was a missionary in Italy and Switzerland. Dr. Allison is the author of numerous books including: Historical Theology: An Introduction to Christian Doctrine, Sojourners and Strangers: The Doctrine of the Church, and Roman Catholic Theology and Practice: An Evangelical Assessment. On top of writing and teaching, Dr. Allison serves as a pastor at Sojourn Community Church in Louisville, KY.
