Continuing on the conversation from part 1, we talk about how a lot of our insecurities stem from some sort of childhood trauma.
We also discuss going under the knife.
Would you consider plastic surgery to help with your insecurities?
The word healthy is such a broad topic and with that being said, what does "Healthy" mean to you?
Do you think with society that the terms "Body Positivity" has been taken to an extreme level?
What does Body positivity mean to you?
With society the way it is do you feel dammed if you do and dammed if you don't? Similar to Adel and other stars when they lost all their weight and society talked down on them.
How do you feel about BMI? Is it an outdated formula that needs to be revisited or over looked?
We can definitely agree that the scale is never your friend. When you are on a fitness journey or trying to lose weight, the best thing you can do is take pictures. Before, during, and after, these will help you with your motivation 100 times more than looking at a scale that will constantly fluctuate with you losing weight and gaining muscles.
We like to again thank Adrian and Evan for coming on the show!
