Even though we can agree that insecurities have effected us differently as males compared to females, we can also agree that those insecurities all started at such a young age, from family to society, to social media.

At what age did your insecurities with your body start?

Now that you are older do you ever look back and think " why the heck did I think that way about myself?"

Diet after diet after diet, what was it that stopped you from being what you consider "healthy"? 

All of these things have effected each of us in different ways and we lay it all of out the table.
