This episode is a really special one. I sat down with the amazing Reverend Gerlyn Henry, for a conversation that felt more like two friends opening their hearts than an “interview.” 

We didn’t shy away from the hard stuff. We talked about fascism, systems of control, the terror of ICE, & the ways religion is often used in American politics to manipulate & control. We talk about facing criticism & “haters"

She also shared about her experience on her recent pilgrimage to Palestine & what it meant to be apart of & witness so much resilience, courage, & humanity in the middle of an ongoing genocide. 

More than anything, this was a heart-centered, honest, & grounding conversation about staying connected to spirit when everything feels chaotic. About choosing compassion over fear. About remembering that we’re not alone in this.
