#43. What To Do When Coaching Clients Ghost You (Enquiries AND Active Clients)

Getting ghosted as an online coach is one of the most frustrating things you'll deal with, but most coaches are handling it completely wrong.

In this podcast,  I break it down into the two situations you will run into

  1. Someone enquires, seems keen, maybe gets sent a payment link - then disappears
  2. An active client goes quiet, stops checking in, and potentially cancels their payment without a word.

    3. Both sting. Neither means what you think it means.

     

    I'll walk you through how to think about each one, what to do tactically, and the mindset shift that stops you from spiralling every time it happens.

     

    And if this is happening regularly, it's probably a content and lead quality problem, and I cover that too.
