Now that we know physical symptoms are information -- that they are the body's way of communicating a need for healing and what needs to be healed -- we can proceed to the how of the actual healing of physical memories.

To heal the body's physical memories (compacted stress/traumas responses), we listen to and follow the physical symptom in our pop quizzes to 1) the theme emotion, 2) the memory/image(s), and 3) the lie(s) associated with the symptom; and finally to 4) the behavior that the body seems to want to complete from that memory.

E | Entrust (May it be done to me according to your word!)

Precious Blood of Jesus, flow through me.
