Lucia is one of my favorite people. In this interview, we spoke about slowing down, feeling our emotions, listening to our bodies, and so much more.

We are constantly on the move all the time and rarely do we, as business owners and moms, decide to slow down and breathe. I loved hearing her story and I know it will resonate a lot with entrepreneurs who are feeling that need to pause and come in their business with clean energy and clarity.

Who is Lucia?

Lucia Oliveira, founder of Luminous by Lucia is a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, sleep and life coach who has a passion for helping moms find their wellbeing while navigating motherhood.  Having personally experienced postpartum depression (PPD) and postpartum anxiety (PPA), Lucia knows firsthand the challenges that can come with motherhood. This led her to seek a deeper connection with her mind and body, which ultimately sparked her interest in sleep and breathwork. Now, she is dedicated to supporting other moms on their wellness journey, and helping them find a sense of peace and balance amidst the demands of motherhood!
