#44 - How to Cultivate your Physical and Mental Environment

In this episode, I talk about how to cultivate your environment (both physical and mental) in order to improve your mental health. This is a very important topic that not a lot of people talk about and I want to shed some light on how I've been able to cultivate my own environment and how that has helped me grow as a person. As always, I am not perfect (far from it actually) but I am working hard to become better. Removing things and people from my environment and adding certain things has helped me tremendously.
