Today I want to talk about a concept which has helped me so much in my life. Don't wish for it to get easier, wish for you to get better.

Really let that sink into your bones. So many times in my life and in my relationship, I have had challenges that I've needed to overcome and there is always that voice in my head, my ego, that wants to put me in victim mode. It wants me to say things like, why is this happening to me? It's so unfair! Why can't it just be easier? Why does it have to be this hard?

Unfortunately that voice never goes away but in my experience, you can get better at dealing with it.
