After living in England for the last two and a half years, hosting others and being hosting I've learned a few things.  In this episode I'm sharing 10 things I've learned.  Some of them I definitely plan to incorporate into our hosting once we move back to the United States, some of them I don't think I'll ever be able to get onboard with.
