It's the latest full-length episode of Brady's series on racial justice, gun violence, and gun violence prevention. JJ and Kelly Sampson, Counsel at Brady, are joined by Dr. Joseph Richardson, of the Departments of African American Studies and Anthropology at the University of Maryland at College Park, and the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He also is a Director and Executive Producer of Life After the Gunshot, an amazing documentary that traces the intersection of gun violence, trauma, and incarceration in DC. Together, we're talking about gun violence, public policy, and trauma and incarceration as a social determinant of health among Black boys and young adult Black men.
