We return this week to talk about 2018 blue chip recruit Quentin Grimes making a momentous announcement to join Cougar basketball and what that means for the program.

In current Cougar news we also discuss the pro debut of Kahmari Montgomery at the Nike Prefontaine Classic, Galen Robinson Jr signing with the San Antonio Spurs' G League affiliate and a bit of UCONN/AAC realignment talk.

The main course this week was our now 2nd annual ranking of Cougar programs, going through every sport and giving our respective rankings.
