In today’s show, we take on more challenging fact patterns.  These are real problems that some people are currently facing.  Leh and Todd tackle questions such as:  Who gets custody of the children if both parents are going to jail?  What is a mutual restraining order? When do I need an attorney for a trial?  Should I give my parents permanent guardianship?  If a parent is not involved with the children, can I have in the will that my parents get custody?  If I just found out about a child that I was unaware of, how do I go about getting custody rights and getting the child from the Child Services?
