Sneha Philip was last seen on September 10, 2001.  A smart, educated, in a third year hospital residency  with some possible life challenges, Sneha lived in close proximity to Ground Zero and with her medical training, it is possible she was killed trying to assist on 9/11. Her family believes this is likely the case - but police still have questions regarding her disappearance.
