When 15 year old Colleen skips school for a day at the beach, she imagines the worst that can happen is a fight with her mother. But when Colleen never makes it home, the family knows something far more sinister has happened. And when the police realize that there was an active serial killer in town on the day Colleen vanished, everyone fears the worst.
