Tanya started working with me 8 months ago and in this episode, she talks about how she has in her words “FINALLY become free of my disordered eating”! Something that she has struggled with for 20 years!

Tanya shares how she came to accept her weight gain, stretch marks, and cellulite in her recovery process. Finding a way to embrace them, and to be proud of them as a reminder of her recovery!
Over the course of 8 months, she applied my proven methods and was able to move forward through the difficult process of recovery and even explained how my program actually saved her life.
