#49 - How I Approach Setting New Goals

In this episode, I share how I am approaching my goals for 2019 and how I decided on these items. By reflecting on what I did well and didn’t do well in 2018, what area of life I want to improve the most and what I need to do in order to do so, I was able to come up with a few big goals that I share in this episode. I also talk about the process of setting goals and how I break down my vision for life into yearly, quarterly, weekly and daily goals and action items. I hope this episode if helpful for you.
