In 2010, Laz Suarez founded Bleechr.com in an effort to provide a more personalized process in the promotion of high school football players. Since, Suarez and his Bleechr team have expanded their operation to youth football, middle school football, girl's flag football, and semi-professional football in every region of the United States!
In this episode Suarez discusses the essentials of what a camp should provide, expectations when attending camps, do's and don'ts for athletes while at camps, and various options for athletes to showcase themselves. The football industry is flooded with evaluative companies, claiming they're the best. Bobby O'Mullan, M.S. is the Director of 4th Down University Strength and Performance. He shares his story of making a career out of training athletes and what he's learned in the process. After interning with Loyola University, VCU, and Spectrum Sports, Bobby accepted a graduate assistant position at UCF. His assignment was improving the training environment for UCF football's specialists. During this time O'Mullan met Dan Lundy, a kicking/punting coach for several current/former UCF specialists. Since, the two have collaborated on ways to create a personalized training environment, both on the field and in the weight room, and how each must complement the other. In this episode Dan Lundy sits down with Trey Schaneville, a two-sport athlete (basketball/football) at Florida Tech. Schaneville was named Freshmen Of The Year in football for the Panthers, breaking a school record for most field goals in a season (15). In the offseason he's a guard for the basketball team, averaging 6.5 PPG with an 84% on free throw. On May 11, 2020, everything changed. The Florida Tech football program terminated its program, forcing Trey to make a tough decision...find a school to transfer to and continue playing football or stay at Florida Tech and retire from football. Zach Hirsch, owner of iPickWins.com, is a sports analyst and handicapper. In 2019, as a senior in high school, Hirsch was the most accurate sports handicapper in the world, picking an unprecedented 100% of his FBS college football games correctly, including the SEC championship, FBS semifinals, and the national championship. This was first recorded perfect season of picks for any handicapper picking 20+ games. James Sherman is in his second season as the Director of Player Development for Texas State University. Sherman was a four-year letterman for the Bobcats, set three single-game kicking records, and served four years on the student-athlete advisory committee.
Sherman set Texas State’s single-game records for most field goals made and attempted when he went 5/6 against Texas Southern in 2018. He also tied another school record and equaled the fourth-highest point total in Sun Belt Conference history when he scored 18 points in Texas State’s 36-20 victory over Texas Southern.
He was named Texas State’s Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 2018 after serving as the president of Texas State’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and vice-chair on the Sun Belt Conference’s SAAC. He earned a Texas State Academic Achievement certificate three times, the school’s Academic Star of Excellence once, and was on the Sun Belt Commissioner’s List three times after maintaining a GPA between 3.5-4.0.

In 3 decades coaching football, David Walker began his career at Miami Carol City High School in 1994. In 1995, Walker returned to his alma mater, Syracuse, tutoring 6 running backs who would go on to play in the NFL. From 2004-2010, Walker coached at the University of Pittsburgh with Dave Wannstedt, producing 2 NFL running backs. In 2011 he began his NFL coaching career with the Indianapolis Colts, serving as the running backs coach through the 2015 season. Walker was then hired by the Detroit Lions in 2016, serving as the running backs coach until retiring from coaching at the end of the 2019 season to begin his new project, 3rdand3.com.
