"When we're in autopilot, our minds are either in the future or worrying, or what if-ing or running through our to do list. Or we're in the past, or rehashing a conversation or thinking of a memory. And so mindfulness is the opposite of autopilot. So what we're trying to do is pull ourselves out of autopilot on a more regular basis, so we can be awake and aware for our lives".


In this episode, Andryanna is joined by guest expert Shonda Moralis to discuss how and why we should incorporate mindfulness in our daily lives - even if it's just for a few minutes.
