Chellie says, "When our bodies are in fight or flight there is a different vibration within us. If we can take a few minutes to allow ourselves to move into rest and restore, healing starts to happen immediately."

She adds, "Crystal singing bowls are a way to move into that relaxed state quickly. The high vibration of the singing bowls allows us to entrain to this higher vibration and create a healthier internal vibration and state of being. When I play the bowls I'm also sending Reiki energy to anyone who hears this recording."
